PANCAKES 16 oz pint jar

• 1½ cups milk

• 3 tablespoons butter, melted

• 2 eggs

• ½ teaspoon vanilla (optional)

 

Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients.

Use ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.

• 3 cups milk

• 6 tablespoons butter, melted

• 4 eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

 

Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients.

Use ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Mix together:

• 1 cup peanut butter

• 2 eggs

• Add dry ingredients

 

Use a heaping Tablespoon to portion each cookie.

Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 32 oz quart jar

• 1 cup room temperature butter

• 1 egg 

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Preheat oven to 350°. Start by adding the butter, egg, and vanilla into the mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

 

Turn your mixer down to medium speed and slowly add the ingredients from the jar to your mixing bowl with the wet ingredients.

 

Keep mixing until it starts to form a cookie batter consistency. Use a cookie scoop to add cookie dough to your prepared cookie sheet (either with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick spray). Bake for 12 minutes.
