We are gearing up for more than a week of emotional turbulence. Feeling it yet? Check your angst at the door and dig deeper into where it’s rooted. The more we examine these roots the more we unveil our insecurities and fear mechanisms. Unfold your feelings (men!) and share them with compassionate empathetic friends or partners. The courageous act of communicating our feelings allows deep emotional processing to take place. Without this we are left like a ball in a pinball machine to succumb to the will of all but ourselves. When we begin to expose our fears and worries we begin to blossom like a flower, recognizing not just those fears and worries, but ultimately how we need to proceed with our lives in order to manifest the dreams we have.
These are difficult transits, so remember to breathe deeply and often (thanks, Tracy Parritt-Noyes). Be AWARE that there are difficult transits taking place so you can stay more on top of your reactions, thus thinking twice before you act.
