23 West 73rd Street through early January snowfall. It was a beautiful morning in Manhattan.
Ducking into the upper west side streets off Central Park West can reveal some pretty beautiful buildings depending on which streets you choose. I’ve walked by this building for years but never ducked in to see its entrance and beauty. Harperley Hall, 41 Central Park West.
On our way to taking the kids to school we always wonder what this spot will look like; fog, mist, frost, clouds, white caps, ice, snow. It’s always different. On this day we had a clear shot of Mt. Washington with a slew of ice fishing shacks in the foreground.
A friend and I walked down to the beach at Sebago Lake State Park to find a good 100′ of ice jams from the shore out to where the water began. Made for some interesting material.
Coming home from a friend’s house I stopped on the Brownfield Bridge on Rt. 160 to take these two shots looking north and south on the half-frozen Saco River.
